Test & Evaluation

A fundamental part of any military or federal PPB&E process (Planning, Programming, Budgeting and Execution) is the testing and evaluation of procured solutions. This is particularly important with advanced technologies requiring unique skill sets. TAPE has personnel with a depth of experience in testing and evaluation.

TAPE’s Test & Evaluation team prides itself on our ability to support client hardware and software acquisition activities. From initial test, design, and support to data collection, analysis, and assessment, TAPE helps customers gain a clear understanding of how well their procured systems perform against original design specifications.

In addition, we perform Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V) to ensure that projects meet desired product results and outcomes, by placing emphasis on unbiased, third party analysis and review across all relevant domains.

Once initial performance parameters are met, operational testing and evaluation is performed to ensure that systems are fully field-tested and capable of successfully operating in conjunction with other systems.
