Director of Contracts (Alexandria, VA):
Responsibilities:
- Review and administer prime government contracts and subcontracts.
- Draft, review and administer task and delivery orders (including FFP, CPFF, CPAF, T&M, and fixed labor rates with a ceiling) whether issued by the government or prime contractor.
- Apply the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), the General Services Acquisition Regulations (GSAR), and GSA policies and procedures to all assigned procurement actions and resulting contracts.
Qualifications:

Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

SQL Server Developer
Responsibilities:
- Part of a team developing and implementing solutions using SQL Server 2000/2005.
- Perform development tasks as required to support maintenance and enhancements of existing applications and development of new applications.
- Support the team in all aspects of database development.
- Provide expertise in T-SQL, writing stored procedures, creating views, and application tuning. Code, document, test and debug programs of moderate complexity.
- Maintain and modify a variety of programs with minimal supervision. Assist in backup/restore related tasks.
- Keep up to date with emerging technologies.
- Work well within a team and collaborate. Have good verbal and written communication skills.
Qualifications:
- BS/BA degree, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related area, plus 5 years related experience.

- Complex query building skills are an absolute must.

Software Systems Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Part of a team integrating complex aviation software and relational databases for the purpose of modeling environmental effects due to aviation.
- Motivated individual who can lead an effort to integrate a loose, although coordinated, collection of existing software and database components that cover economic, aerodynamic, and geographic aspects of aviation's influence on the environment.
Qualifications:
- MS in Engineering (preferably Aeronautical) or Computer Science, plus 6 years related experience or BS in Engineering or Computer Science plus 8 years related experience.
- 5+ years of experience in software system integration.
- 5 years experience with relational databases
- 3 years experience using Microsoft tools suite (Visual Studio & SourceSafe, SQL Server, ADO.NET and ASP.NET, Office and Project).

MS Office Project Professional 3000 Programmer
Responsibilities:
- Support multiple deployments of a customized MS Enterprise Project Management tool; (CSC EPMS) and (Volpe MSEPM). Both systems support project planning, scheduling, budgeting, monitoring and controlling activities in accordance with the Project Management Institute (PMI) methodology.
- Designing, developing and implementing solutions within the Microsoft Project Server 2003 (EPM) environment, specifically the activities related to ongoing database maintenance of EPMS and MSEPM and the development of custom analysis and reports. The position also involves providing problem resolution support to project teams and Volpe Center customer.
- Providing programming support to other existing CSC internal MIS applications.
Qualifications:
- BA/BS in Computer Science or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- 4 years experience using C#. NET, VB.NET, SQL Scripting, MS Visual Studio programming and Excel Macro experience
- 3 years development experience using Microsoft Office Project Professional 2003, SQL Server 2000 and Windows SharePoint Services 2003.

Responsibilities:
- Work as a member of a team developing an intranet web application using the latest technologies including ASP.NET and SQL Server.
- Develop C# ASP.NET pages to support data entry, business rule validation, data access and storage, and reporting
- Develop and interface with business objects to encapsulate GUI and data access
- Develop and/or interface with the SQL Server stored procedures.
- Develop client scripting routines using JavaScript.

Responsibilities:
- Provide system support services for the Enhanced Traffic Management System (ETMS).

Qualifications:
