TSA Program Management Office (PMO) Support

Description: In support of the Program Management Office (PMO) for the TSA Office of Information Technology (OIT), we provide program management support services to the OIT programs and projects. Program management encompasses a variety of tasks, including, but not limited to, project management, earned value management, integration management, reporting, support of requirements gathering, developing project management processes and procedures, developing/review of system development life cycle methodology, development/review of Capital Planning Investment Control documentation, maintaining schedules to include master schedules, maintenance of financial management documents, and internal communications.

TAPE is sub to P3 Partners on this contract.

Contract Period of Performance: 2 years, awarded May 2009
