Description: We are the prime contractor for the Program Management, Administrative, Clerical, and Technical Services (PACTS) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. PACTS is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) vehicle. TAPE was awarded a prime contract for Functional Category 3—Clerical Services. TAPE does not have subcontractors/team members on this contract.

Available To: Available for use by all offices of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS).

Contract Period of Performance: 5 years, awarded August 2009

Functional Category 3 - Clerical Services: the full range of clerical services to include:

• Letter drafting
• Document editing or proofreading
• Typing, word processing or desktop publishing; and
• Stenography (except court reporting or stenotype recording), transcription and other secretarial services
• Answering telephone calls and relaying messages to clients
• Postal and mailing services and
• One or more other office support services, such as facsimile services, and word processing services
