Description:  As the prime contractor, we support the procurement activities of a large and diverse number of products and services as well as program management activities required to support related acquisition support services. This Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) is to obtain acquisition and program management support services for the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Organizational Elements (OE).
