Description: As the prime contractor under this contract vehicle, we support the ability to rapidly respond to a wide variety of missions and technologies supporting the Army Research Laboratory (ARL) customer base (Special Operations, Intelligence, units with rapid response missions).
Available To: ARL is the Execution Agency in support of USSOCOM, DARPA and COCOMs. The vehicle can be used to support any Federal Agencies.

The U.S. Army Research Development and Engineering Command (RDECOM) Army Research Laboratory (ARL) develops and supports new concepts for application of advanced technology by customers whose principal focus is to counteract and defeat the growing worldwide asymmetrical threat. This threat is able to quickly and effectively apply emerging commercial technologies.
The RDECOM ARL Omnibus III contract vehicle is a pre-competed Multiple Award ID/IQ contract to support tasks including studies, technical investigations, research, development, experimentation, acquisition and logistics support for items and systems supporting upgrade and modernization of U.S. Army, United States Special Operations Command, other Government Agencies and Department of Defense capabilities. Additional tasks provided under the contract support the development, assessment, acquisition, or fielding of these systems.
