Contract Vehicles

Our services provide analytical support of evaluation and analysis including: assistance in evaluation and analysis planning, assistance in preparation and review of T&E documentation, data reduction and analysis, supply on-site during testing, and assistance in preparing input to draft system assessment and system evaluation documents. These services will result in technical reports and documentation that support the various directorates’ evaluation mission.

Available To: The Army Evaluation Center (AEC) consists of twelve evaluation directorates: Air Defense, Aviation, Close Combat, Combat Support, Command Control and Communications, Fire Support, Information Technology, Future Force, Intelligence, Integrated Logistics Support, Survivability, and Reliability and Maintainability. Additional support to the AEC Command Group, to include the Methodology and Analysis Division could be required.

Under this contract vehicle, we provide project management, research, development, acquisition, and sustainment services. The purpose of this contract is to service the non-medical needs of the Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear, and Explosive (CBRNE) defense agencies.

Available To: Edgewood Chemical and Biological Center (ECBC) and other defense agencies.
 

As the prime contractor under this contract vehicle, we support the ability to rapidly respond to a wide variety of missions and technologies supporting the Army Research Laboratory (ARL) customer base (Special Operations, Intelligence, units with rapid response missions).

Available To: ARL is the Execution Agency in support of USSOCOM, DARPA and COCOMs. The vehicle can be used to support any Federal Agencies.

We provide support to the Office of the Deputy Chief of Staff, G3/5/7, Training Directorate (DAMO-TR) for: Software Development and Support, Functional Analysis, Logistics, and Staff Support. This contract addresses support to the Training Directorate, which supports the Army's training mission and soldiers.

Available To: Office of the Deputy Chief of Staff, G3/5/7, Training Directorate, including support requirements for the Army National Guard Bureau, the Office of the Chief of Army Reserves, Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD), and Major Army Commands (MACOMs).

We are the prime contractor for the Program Management, Administrative, Clerical, and Technical Services (PACTS) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. PACTS is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) vehicle. TAPE was awarded a prime contract for Functional Category 3—Clerical Services. TAPE does not have subcontractors/team members on this contract.

In support of Cross Agency Support Services (CASS) acquisition, we provide the full range of support services within the Independent Validation and Verification (IV&V) Line of Business (LoB).  The IV&V LoB includes efforts that are typically independent of development and implementation efforts but essential to ensuring delivery of quality, effective solutions to the business challenges facing DoD.

Under this contract, we provide information technology (IT) services for the John A. Volpe National Transportation Systems Center (Volpe Center). The center, located in Cambridge, Mass., is part of the U.S. Department of Transportation's Research and Innovative Technology Administration (RITA). The contract supports detailed technology assessments and requirements analysis; concept development and architecture design; software development, testing and integration; system training and maintenance; and operational support for both transportation and logistics management information systems.

In support of EPA Information Technology Solutions - Business Information Strategic Support (ITS-BISS) II contract, we support a wide range of IT advisory and assistance services. These support services include policy, planning, security, investment management, enterprise and IT architecture, technical studies and assessment, organizational development, training, and communications and outreach activities.

Available To: All Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) program offices and regions.

The FAA eFast Master Ordering Agreement (MOA), which functions as a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA), is set-aside to small businesses and Socially and Economically Disadvantaged Businesses (SEDB). We offer exceptional service in the following five eFAST functional areas: Research and Development (R&D), Engineering Services (ES), Computer System Support (CSS), Computer System Development (CSD), and Business Administration and Management (BAM).  The MOA will be FAA’s preferred small business contracting vehicle for services.

Available To: FAA, and on a limited basis and when in the best interest of the Government, all other federal government agencies, nationwide, in an expedited efficient and effective manner.

IT Schedule 70 is an IT procurement vehicle that offers a comprehensive array of state-of-the-art IT products, services, and solutions. The efficiencies associated with purchasing information technology via the pre-existing, pre-competed GSA IT Schedule 70 save both time and money for government customers.

The MOBIS program offers a full range of management and consulting services that can improve a federal agency's performance and their endeavor in meeting mission goals. TAPE offers the following services under services under GSA MOBIS Schedule 874: Consulting Services (SIN 874-1 & 874-1RC), Survey Services (SIN 874-3 & 874-3RC), Acquisition Management Support (SIN 874-6 & 874-6RC), Program and Project Management Services (SIN 874-7 & 874-7RC).

Under the SeaPort Multiple Award Contracts (MACs), we provide all aspects of professional support services (SeaPort MAC) and Engineering, Technical, & Programmatic Support Services (SeaPort-e MAC) as required by the Virtual Systems Command, its related Program Executive Offices (PEOs) and field affiliates.

Available To: Navy Systems Commands (NAVSEA, NAVAIR, SPAWAR, NAVFAC, and NAVSUP), the Office of Naval Research, the United States Marine Corps, and the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA).

In support of the Program Management Office (PMO) for the TSA Office of Information Technology (OIT), we provide program management support services to the OIT programs and projects.  Program management encompasses a variety of tasks, including, but not limited to, project management, earnedvalue management, integration management, reporting, support of requirements gathering, developing project management processes and procedures, developing/review of system development life cycle methodology, development/review of Capital Planning Investment Control documentation, maintaining schedules to include master schedules, maintenance of financial management documents, and internal communications.
