TAPE offers our employees a wide range of quality benefits. Fringe benefits include: Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, Vision Insurance, Disability Insurance, and Group Life/Accidental Death & Dismemberment Insurance. The company pays some or all of the costs.

Voluntary benefits such as Flexible Spending Accounts, Short Term Disability, Ortho Discount Plan, and additional Life Insurance are also offered at the cost of the employee.

TAPE offers a variety of 401k options to suit your retirement needs from Traditional and Roth 401k to Self Directed Funds accounts. TAPE matches 100% of the first 4% deferred into any of our 401k Plans. All deferral contributions and company matching is 100% vested the day it is deposited into the account. Profit sharing is available at the discretion of the company.

TAPE also offers additional benefits, such as tuition reimbursement, employee assistance programs, vacation, sick leave, and ten paid holidays per year.
